The story
The funding industry is full of people who’ll place a business owner on whatever capital is available today, collect their commission, and disappear before the owner understands what it actually cost them.
We watched this happen to hundreds of business owners over twenty years. Capable, hard-working operators stuck in a cycle of expensive capital because nobody ever taught them what lenders actually look for — or how to build a business worth lending to.
Zenda was built to break that cycle. More mentors, fewer brokers. A team focused on the climb, not the close.
The team
Our funding mentors come from inside the industry — brokers, underwriters, banking, SBA lending, and small-business financial advisory. We’ve seen what works and what keeps owners stuck.
Every mentor on the team has spent years inside small business funding. We know the lenders. We know the documentation. We know the patterns that get applications approved and the patterns that get them declined. We bring that operator knowledge to every diagnostic and every climb plan.
