Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers and prospects. You will work closely with our Sales and Support teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 2+ years of experience in call center sales or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate new business.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
